Shipping Policy
Shipping will be $10.63 for United States Postal Service Priority Mail up to $147.45. All orders totaling more than $147.45 are shipped FREE from our main warehouse in Washington State if they can be shipped by Priority Mail and the order is placed online and not by phone. Excludes other warehouse shipments and UPS Only shipping. We ship all FREE Shipping Orders complete via USPS Priority Mail. If one of the items is out of stock and due back in stock in less than a week we will hold your order and ship complete. If it will be more than a week we will find a warehouse that has it and pay for UPS shipping for that one or two items. If an item is on a nationwide back order then we will contact you immediately. Most larger USED items ship UPS and are subject to UPS charges. If an item is marked UPS Only on our web site and we have it in stock in our Washington warehouse we will ship it Priority Mail if possible to save you money. All Priority Mail shipments include a tracking number
If your item is marked "UPS Only" and you need a ship quote you can put a note in the "Shipping Comments" box during checkout and we will contact you with a ship quote prior to us processing your order.
Shipping Charge to Canada is a minimum of 30.35
Over 90 percent of our orders ship the same day if the order is received before noon West Coast Time. All orders shipped from other warehouses may take longer. Special order items may take a week or longer especially if they are hand made.
Free Shipping Excludes UPS, FedEx and International Shipping. All orders shipped from our other warehouses will be sent either UPS or FedEx and will be charged for shipping based on weight and location. On these orders we will endeavor to use the closest warehouse to you to not only save you money but to get your package to you as quickly as possible.
Special Orders and Motors that you wish to pick up at our facility in Sequim are subject to incoming freight charges.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once packages have left our facility, they are then
under the care of either UPS or USPS, depending on who you shipped with.
Delays caused by the shipping service due to Covid-19 or other natural disasters such as hurricanes, tornado, etc. are beyond the control of Vintage Golf Cart Parts. If you are experiencing a delay with your shipment contact the shipping service,
not Vintage Golf Cart Parts. In addition, packages lost or stolen once shipped are
not the responsibility of Vintage Golf Cart Parts. It is recommended to
contact the shipping service to file a claim for any damaged or missing parts.
International Shipping is by United States Postal Service using Global Priority Mail with tracking. If you wish your items to be shipped by UPS please note that in the "Special Instructions" box during check out. Note that UPS will usually cost quite a bit more than Global Priority Mail.
I personally purchase items online and I appreciate it when my items come in a timely manner. Part of our philosophy is to treat our customers as we would like to be treated. That sentiment is often overlooked in our society today.
