Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!
We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.
We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Money Order (only) or a personal check. Personal check will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal check. To order by check, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Pictures
Note that pictures are for reference purposes only. Since different vendors may make a part that is a different color or configuration the part will still function properly for the intended purpose.
Special Order Policy
Note that all "Special Order" and non stocking items are required to be
prepaid. All "Special Order" items are final. If you contact customer
service we may take "Special Orders" back at our discretion. If we
decide to take the item back there will be a 15% to 25% restocking fee and you
will be given store credit only.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If
merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us
immediately after your package arrives for a return authorization claim
number. All claims MUST be made within 3 days of receipt of order. Parts may not be returned after 30 days. If we make a decision to accept a return after 30 days you will receive store credit only. Shipping
charges will not be refunded. Returned products must be in absolutely
new and unused condition in the original box or packaging for a refund.
No returns allowed on used or installed electric or electronic parts.
All returns are subject to a 15% to 25% restocking fee.
Cancellation Policy
Many businesses will not offer the cancellation of an order. The reason
is because there are internal costs associated with filling an order and
even more with canceling an order. If requested, your order will be
cancelled providing the cancellation meets our policy terms. We do
charge a fee for canceling an order. In order to cancel an order it must meet the following criteria:
A) The order was not for a SPECIAL ORDER item
B) The order did not include an item that was DROP SHIPPED
If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued.
If you cancel your order
AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our
Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY will be assessed all of the
applicable fees listed above - including restocking, cancellation and
other applicable fees.
Prices
Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Complaints
If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone, e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days). It will then be dealt with confidentially, and effectively.
