Item Description -
10 internal Spline, Auxiliary Shaft, 36 Volt High Performance Motor for July 1971 to 1975 E-Z-GO with drum brake on motor +++ Otis model S-71 with drum brake on motor +++ Late 1971 to 1974 DE, DE3 and DE4 +++ 1976 to 1978 Harley Davidson model DE-40 and 1977 to 1983 model DE-3 and DE4 +++ 1979 to 1982 MGIV (Master Glide IV) with AMF, General Electric or Hitachi motors on Dana differentials with disc brake on the motor +++ Will replace motor on 1992 and earlier US Electricar Nordskog Legend models 280 and 282 A series before serial number 280A92HO19.
NOTE: Replaces 2 HP Motor, 50% more horsepower for increased torque and speed, Will increase speed from 12 mph to 18-19 mph.
NOTE: Does not replace motor on 1977 to 1978 Harley Davidson with Peerless differential,
NOTE: Includes motor housing with seal that bolts to differential. When you take off your motor the end housing will still be attached to the differential. You will need to remove the end housing from the new motor and attach it to your differential to install.
NOTE: Has one year warranty.
NOTE: This is a Special Order item. As such it is subject to an incoming freight charge of .00 if you wish to pick it up at our warehouse.
NOTE: If you have an E-Z-GO motor from 1965 to June of 1971 with a tapered spiral gear output shaft with a square housing mounting flange I can have these rebuilt if your output shaft/armature are not broken. These motors were GE motor numbers 5BC48JB189 and 5BC48JB223, Call for pricing on a rebuild.
