Professional Rebuild of your 1.5 Horsepower, 36 Volt, 2800 rpm electric Motor for 1966 to 1971 Harley Davidson model DE and DEC with 4 tooth Tapered Spiral Tooth output gear on drive end and a 3/4" output shaft for a disc brake on the other end +++ Also
for 1965 to 1971 E-Z-GO +++ Also early 436 and 437 model Westinghouse Marketeer with tapered axles without dual shaft +++ Also 1971 to 1974 Melex models 102 and 202.
NOTE: Very Important. This motor uses shims to properly set the meshing of the gears. Please follow the procedures in your service manual. Failure to do so will chip the teeth and destroy the motor. We may have some shims available so ask.

NOTE: Spiral gear on the armature must be in good condition in order to rebuild.
