ELECTRIC CARTS: Replaces rear springs on 1966 to early 1973 model DE and DEC electric Harley Davidson +++ Late 1973 to 1975 electric models DE and DE4 +++ 1979 to 1983 electric model DE3 and DEX4 +++ 1984 to 1987 Columbia Par Car models E3, E4, E4C +++ 1982 to 1995 Columbia Par Car electric models E3, E4, E4C and E4S.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The price is for one spring only +++ Since this is a heavier duty spring than stock it is highly recommended that they both be replaced.  

NOTE: This spring is a slightly heavier version and will work on both gas and electric models +++ The spring wire is .375" diameter whereas the original is .344". It is rated at 540 pounds maximum load per spring. Rated at 82 pounds per inch +++ It should work well when you are installing rear seating.

NOTE: E-Z-GO Heavy Duty Replacement Spring on 1976 to 1994 Pre-Medalist X440 and X440 Marathon gas models +++ A review by a customer with pictures: Spring installation was easy. Here are some photos of the differences as described by the website. There is no trouble with clearance with my larger tires. The rear end is now level with the front and the swaying side to side is greatly reduced. Traveling over my bumpy lawn and over the bumps is a night and day difference. You can barely feel them now. This is a worthy upgrade for anybody with a rear seat or worn out rear springs.
